MetService has issued a severe weather watch with the possibility of northwesterlies reaching severe gale strength in exposed parts of Dunedin.
Valid: 9 hours from 12:00pm to 9:00pm Wednesday
Forecast: Southwest winds may approach severe gale in exposed places at times.
