Bach Flower Remedies
Bach Flower Remedies are potentised flower essences which help to heal emotional and mental states. There are 38 remedies and each one helps different needs such as: anxiety, fear, shock, anger, despondency, resentment, exhaustion, transitions, etc. Five specific remedies together form Rescue Remedy which is used for all difficult and demanding situation. Specific remedies can be blended together to meet individual requirements. They are inexpensive, gentle remedies that are suitable for everyone. Small children and pets do very well on these remedies. We have the full range of remedies at Way of Life Health Shop and can mix them up to meet your needs. Just a reminder that Friday 6th February is Waitangi Day and we will therefore be closed, as we join the rest of the country in marking the anniversary of the signing of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
We shop will be open as usual on Saturday and Sunday 9:30am - 2:30pm.
