A monthly free community yoga class with Meg Bell.
Meg is the founder of and lead teacher at Numi yoga space in Kerikeri. After time training in London with international teacher Michael James Wong she has returned to the area with a vision to connect and inspire the community with these monthly classes.
Come along and be part of something together, maybe learn something new or meet a new friend. No previous experience necessary. BYO yoga mat and something to use as a strap (dressing gown cord).
