Qigong - Warkworth

Spring Forest Qigong Group Practise Class tomorrow (Friday) 9.30am - 10.30am in the Mezzanine Level at the TOWN HALL, Alnwick St, Warkworth (New Zealand).
All welcome. NZ$5
Very gentle, minimal movements, suitable for all ages and abilities. Focus is on balancing the body, mind and spirit for better health.
