New Zealand house prices still increasing, led by strong regional growth
Today, REINZ is releasing its Monthly Property Report and HPI Monthly Data which provides a market leading level of detail and understanding of housing activity in New Zealand. The Monthly Property Report has shown that nationally median house prices increased 5.8% to $529,000 year-on-year June (seasonally adjusted the increase was 6.3%). The REINZ HPI Monthly Report has indicated that housing market activity nationwide year-on-year has lifted 2.8%.
