The Good Spot Eatery - Kuripuni
Went to the opening of The Good Spot Eatery in Kuripuni last week and have to say it was one of the best meals I have had for a long time. An excellent menu, not too pricey and something for everyone. Even though they only opened last week I have already heard positive comment from people I know, one of whom is a chef.
This is run by the guys from Balter in Carterton and they have done a great job is setting up another outlet, different menu but same great food and service.
Highly recommended for a great night out.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Builder Wanted or seeking builder (LBP).
We are looking for a semi-retired builder or solo LBP to supervise / co-work with me while I undertake an extension project as a self-build . Rates to be negotiated prior to commencement. Currently in the design stage at present with Architect. I have experience from past house builds so not a raw beginner, both in design and construction.
