ITALIAN WHOLE BLACK SUMMER TRUFFLES. LAST JAR

Dean from Global Foods Direct

In the mid ‘70s a young Giuseppe and his trusted four-legged friend, were riding a moped through the green hills of Umbria looking for the perfect spot to find truffles.

One day they saw a majestic oak tree towering on top of a hill and decided to stop to look around. They found beautiful and fragrant truffles immediately and for all the days to follow, thanks to the florid hill.

From the flourishing lands of Umbria arise our truffle farms, real "oasis" that allow us to offer our customers only the best fresh product, from which we also get a large part of our prestigious preserved products.

Naturally preserved in their own juice, these luxurious truffles are great sliced or grated over dishes, minced and added to recipes or used as a garnish.

Perfect with pasta, risotto, eggs and appetizers.
