Yarns in Barns : Wairarapa Festival of Reading continues this week - and a highlight event is Kane Brisco and his book Tools for the Top Paddock.
Kane is an important young farming spokesperson and is a great speaker. He focuses on learning the tools for thriving through the physical and mental strains of life on the land.
Yarns in Barns are hosting the event in association with the East Coast Rural Support Trust after their touch rugby competition tomorrow night this Wednesday 19th at Memorial Park.
Kane will talk in the Wai Bush Clubrooms at 7.45pm > tickets are just
$10 at door (with eftpos) with proceeds to the Rural Trust and a cash bar is available.
