We are now into April and it feels very like Autumn out there, our lifestyles will be changing to reflect the season. Garden design is more than what to plant where, it is how it going to age and work with your life style. As part of the new software I am using I am able to provide movie files and clear 3d's of your garden that will reflect the seasons.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Builder Wanted or seeking builder (LBP).
We are looking for a semi-retired builder or solo LBP to supervise / co-work with me while I undertake an extension project as a self-build . Rates to be negotiated prior to commencement. Currently in the design stage at present with Architect. I have experience from past house builds so not a raw beginner, both in design and construction.
