Wanted Garlic to plant
Its late in the season and Im on the hunt for some Garlic that I can plant.
I bought some grown in NZ from the suoermarket and planted it on the shortest day. But not one of the cloves grew. I suspect they have been treated so they wont sprout as is done with some potatoes. Iam happy to pay. Only need about 6 cloves. Ph 0211340144

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
