Booktown goes on SALE at 9.00am today!
In 2021, Booktown has 55 stunning events and 99 amazing presenters starting with writers in schools for our region’s students on the two days before the weekend festivities begin.
The Anzac Hall on Saturday 8 May and Sunday 9 May, will have 23 booksellers selling a mixture of second-hand, antiquarian, self-published, and new books. The presenter's books will be for sale and you will have an opportunity to have your copies signed by them.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
