Triumphator lily ...potted in flower

Joan from Masterton District

This beautiful Triumphator lily grows a metre or more once out of its pot but is flowering now with another bud to open.
Lilies are stand alone stars, look good against a fence or at back of a flower border.
They are greedy feeders to do their best, but are resilient to most soils. They die down to corms in the winter then come to life in the Spring and flower about Christmas time.
Update 3rd Jan. The 2nd bud has come out . Next year it will be bigger and better once in the fround.
