Louisiana Iris Rhizomes - 3 colours.
I have just re done my Louisiana Iris patch and have some nice rhizomes left over.
Louisiana Irises like boggy situations, and don't mind poor clay-ey soil. They have large plate sized blooms and look spectacular in a clump.
They're ok in pots too, if you sit the pot in a tray of water.
Pictured is 'PERFECT MATCH' the dark purple pink one.
'HEATHER PRYOR' pale pink and white
Unnamed white with blue blush.
It would be potluck which ones you would get.
The Royal blue one in the last pic, is not a Louisiana iris but has sneaked into the pic.
$3 a rhizome.
Pickup is in Kuripuni.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
