Trailer, with removable high sides, and spare wheel WOF.

Joan from Masterton District

This trailer was made by an Advanced Trade certificate joiner using boatbuilding skills. The chassis is made of two laminated beams.

Measurements:
Width 1.440 cms
Length 2.300cms
Depth 30cms
Depth with high sides on 63cms.
Towbar length 1.770cms.

Tiedown hooks.

Because it is an all wood trailer it would need to be garaged. It has always been garaged from the time it was made. It is in solid condition.

Front and back ends are removable and the high sides are removable as well. It was originally built for carrying bee-hives. I have carried a load of shingle ( low sides) and firewood ( with high sides). Sorry I can't give you any more specs than that for weight bearing.

The rego is on hold until I have a buyer and then I can register it over the phone. I have just taken it for a WOF (which expires in 6 months.)

The reason for selling is that it is part of an estate and also , a trailer is not something I can manage now at my stage of life. Reluctant sale but I need to be sensible about it.

Thanks for looking. Viewing is in Kuripuni.

Price: $900

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
