Last month we were awarded the best Active Ageing Programme in the Asia-Pacific region and we are still thrilled about it! Our award - winning programme's innovative approaches include free singing lessons, weight and resistance training, meditation, breathing and sleeping technique classes to help you to continue to feel youthful.
The programme is designed to encourage residents who currently get little or no exercise to walk a few times each week and gradually build up their fitness and stamina. We'd love for you to get in touch with us about our programme.

Pickleball , Give it a try
The Pukekohe Pickleball Club has an open session tomorrow (Thursday) night from 6.30pm at the Pukekohe Netball Centre in Queens Rd Pukekohe - (near Pak & Save) and would like to invite established players to come for a game and also people who have wanted to give Pickleball a try
Its $10 to be given a paddle to play with and to be shown how to play this exciting fun filled game by one of our veteran players
