This form is kept in confidence by me and is not shared publicly. Only your address and Halloween details will be made public when the google map goes live for community use (details and dates provided on the form).
If you need incentive/encouragement to take part, the photos are my place (Avalon) last year! Adults and kids alike had fun and took photos with some of the props we had out (the executioner block).

traffic chaos
I note no comments about utter traffic chaos alicetown melling area due to not being able to turn from victoria st on to ewan bridge. You would think council would require 24 by 7 work on such a vital road into lower hutt. what about all the extra pollution due to cars crawling along at 10kmph. I guess council doesnt believe in climate change
