Couch 2 4k
Has the Pandemic turned you into a couch potato?
You are not alone; many people have isolated themselves from the outside world which has had an adverse effect on their health and fitness over the past couple of years.
If this sounds familiar and you would like to return to a level of fitness enjoyed before Covid, come and meet others who feel the same as you, and regain your health and fitness and go from the couch to walking/running 4Km. This is not a race, you do whatever you like starting from 0Km to eventually doing 4Km with absolutely no pressure or time limit.
We meet every Wednesday rain, hail, or shine at 5pm
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the conditions.
Where: The Rock next to the Rugby League Clubrooms.
Cnr. Parkway & Fitzherbert Rd. Wainuiomata.
This is free and everyone is welcome.
