Local vaccination rates in Wainuiomata and Pencarrow

The Ministry of Health today released data showing Covid-19 vaccination rates by suburb. In Wainuiomata and Pencarrow, the percentage of the eligible population to have received at least one vaccination is 75 and 71.8 per cent. And 46 and 46.5 per cent have the second dose.

This compares to a national average of 77.92% for first doses and 49.72% for second doses. Have a look at the latest stats here:

The Government says “it’s never been more urgent” to get vaccinated and has announced a national day of action on Saturday, October 16. So, book your jab online at bookmyvaccine.covid19.health.nz or call 0800 28 29 26.
