Telephone Scam Alert
I have just received a telephone call from a person who says he is from "Microsoft Windows" and that I have a virus and he will clean it up for me! I have had these before and they seem to be repeated throughout an area for a while. If you receive one of these types of call, under no circumstances should you follow the persons instructions. Perhaps (like me) you may like to inform the person that "the FBI are outside his office and is about to arrest him"... this seems to result in him immediately hanging up. Alternatively just hang up. Speed limits around NaeNae
Hi Neighbors, Just a heads up, I have just received a $170 fine for driving at 50km on Rata Street Naenae on a SUNDAY Morning. I wrote to NZTA pointing out and sending in a photo of sign stating that it was 30km on school days between those hours, but they said that the whole of Rata Street and some surrounding streets are 30km 24/7 and have been for over a year. Did I miss this been advised by council? Always good to be informed. Merry Christmas to all
