CAMP FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Christian Fellowship For Disabled – Wellington Branch are holding their Annual Regional Camp at El Rancho, Waikanae over the weekend of 8th-10th March 2019. This is a predominantly adult camp, but families are welcome.
HOW YOU CAN HELP –
By sponsoring a disabled person to attend ($80 + $30 transport if required).
By sponsoring a helper or support person to attend (from $40 to $80).
By attending yourself as a helper or support person.
By bringing a disabled person along who you can support.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
