If you love music, are proficient in an instrument and would like to share your skills with others, think about becoming a teacher with the New Zealand Modern School of Music. You don't need to be an experienced teacher - we'll give you training and support - you just need to be enthusiastic and be proficient in your chosen instrument and music theory.

Do you have an interest in learning to play a musical instrument? Last week the RiverLink team released the Request for Proposal (RFP) to market, to begin the process of selecting an alliance partner to deliver the programme.

RiverLink is a once in a lifetime opportunity to transform our city. It will deliver a more resilient, connected, and vibrant city centre with Te Awa Kairangi (Hutt River) at the heart. It will stimulate greater economic growth and development, allow more housing, revitalise our city centre and provide opportunities for local businesses.

A partner will be announced next year. Construction is likely to begin in late 2023 and will be completed in 2027.
