Skip Bins
Hey Neighbours!
Can someone enlighten me on the deal with all the big orange Waste Management Skip Bins around the place???
Two have appeared on my street last week and I notice they the seem to be everywhere! Is it a council initiative? Are they for anyone to use? Or are they only for the occupants of the property they are placed in front of?
If they are for anyone to use, what a great idea! this should happen a couple of times a year and would help SO many people with their junk/rubbish
