Hutt City Council
Hi: Have anyone noticed how the Hutt city council services are getting more inferior day by day. Now the council has and automated call answering service where you could be holding from 10 to 30 minutes ( my experience the last times I have called)
Some streets have had no street lights for over a month now, I have called about it 3 times during the last 3 weeks and have been told someone will contact me but nothing. Why are we getting an inferior service yet our rates keep going up?
Any thoughts anyone?
