These guys make a unique range of small batch sauces - all handmade in Paekākāriki - creating a delicious range of flavours inspired by New Zealand's wonderfully diverse culinary landscape.
Their sauces are not just about heat. The hand picked chillies and perfectly balanced spices craft a deep, complex sauce that beautifully complements your meal - not overwhelming it with spice.

If you ever entered a double glazed house, you noticed how warm and silent it is. Most people start looking for double glazing in April, when the cold is already here. With the increased demand, the time frame to complete the job and prices also increase. So why wait? Get it done now and be prepared for winter!
Of course, given the financial element of any home improvement project is always a concern, you begin to wonder how much energy-efficient windows like these cost. While the initial investment in double glazed windows is higher than the regular single-pane option, the amount you’ll save on your heating and cooling bills over the course of their lifetime will more than make them worth your while. That’s not considering the environmental benefit, either. Decreasing your energy consumption will help reduce your carbon footprint.

How are you commemorating Anzac Day? What stories have been passed down through your whānau?
April 25 marks the 106-year anniversary of the Gallipoli landings, one of the most costly campaigns for the Allied Forces during World War I.
Anzac dawn and commemorative services up and down the country are scheduled to get underway after widespread cancellations last year, due to the nation being under Alert Level 4 restrictions.
The NZDF have advised of a reduced presence of military personnel at Anzac services due to deployment at MIQ facilities.
You can check out where the Anzac day services are on this interactive map on the RSA website.

I may look like a typical wild rabbit, but I can assure you I am not. My Mum was a domestic rabbit and super sweet. I am good with people I know, and am still young and still learning. I have an inquisitive nature and would love a home with people who will have me around them, either as a solely indoor rabbit, or mostly indoors. I will need a large outdoor area with a weatherproof hutch or shelter for days when the weather is nice. I will need to be inside as part of the family at night, so a hutch or area inside with you is important. I would also like a female rabbit for company, so if you have a lonely rabbit maybe we could be friends?

Alura Ltd was fined $37,500 after it pleaded guilty in the Hutt Valley District Court in 2018 to a charge brought against it by the Hutt City Council after repeated attempts to get the company to bring the earthquake-prone Lower Hutt building up to standard.
Directors Jitesh and Jigesha Govind had been issued a compliance notice for their property at 307 Jackson St, Petone, in 2008.
Around the time of the prosecution, the council also issued a notice for occupants to vacate the building, so it could be strengthened or demolished. The Govinds had faced a maximum fine of $200,000.
Jitesh Govind confirmed seismic strengthening work had begun but declined to comment further.
