1866 James Kelham magistrate, JP and merchant and wife Georgina nee Williams with daughter Nina Olive Kelham who married 1884 to Daniel George Riddiford, lived in Tredeham until they died and buried at St James.
Georgina lived in the cottage next to Vogel house and St James which is standing today. Paperspast and Google.
