I’ve had this for many years, just upgraded to a stick vacuum so this needs a new home.
It’s got varying suction levels, the max level is quite strong! I usually use 3rd from top. Has space for a HEPA filter (there’s not one in there at the moment), and uses bags which you can buy from places like Warehouse.
