Alert Level 2

Gemma Elizabeth from Hutt Valley District Health Board

As of 6pm Wednesday night, the Greater Wellington Region will move to alert level 2. Our level 2 visitor policy and door screening requirements will be in place – more information is on our website 👉 bit.ly...

Under alert level 2, please continue to attend your appointments and seek health treatment when you need it. When you arrive at hospital, you will be asked to provide your contact details and let us know if you have been feeling unwell.

Wellington and Hutt Valley region COVID-19 testing centres are currently prioritising tests for people who have been to locations of interest (bit.ly...) or who are displaying symptoms. Call Healthline (0800 358 5453) or your GP for advice if you think you need to be tested and you will be referred to a booking centre to make an appointment. We strongly advise anyone seeking a test to make an appointment to ensure you can be tested as quickly and efficiently as possible. People arriving without an appointment may experience long wait times as our centres need to prioritise those who have appointments, or are known to have been to a location of interest, or who are symptomatic.

We are arranging additional testing capacity and will provide more information on our website 👉 bit.ly...

COVID-19 vaccinations will continue during this time for booked appointments only. Please do not go to a vaccination centre without an appointment as they will not be able to vaccinate you at this time. If you are in Group 3, you will be invited to book your vaccination before the end of July.

Let’s be kind and support each other during this time. We’ll keep you updated over the coming days. 💛

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Jo from Hutt Central

Has your accountant told you about recent changes to KiwiSaver contribution rates and how they may affect wages and payroll calculations?

These updates can have flow-on effects for both employers and employees, and understanding them early helps avoid surprises.
