Fit Club, Virtual Fit, Pampering Sessions, and Weight Loss Challenges

Helen from Helen Jackson's Trilogy of Healthy Living

Wow!! What a first week we have had at The Nutrition Hutt. People coming in for our Fit Clubs, Pampering Sessions and we've started our first 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge.

There is something for everyone (I'm even thinking of starting a book club - thoughts?) so if any of this sparks your interest then get in touch.

We offer complementary Taster Sessions for Fit Club so you can come along and try it out.

And we are taking expressions of interest for the next 6 Week Challenge which will be starting soon (cash prizes).

For more information you can get in touch with me or go to my website for more information.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
