RiverLink is a partnership between Hutt City Council, Greater Wellington, and Waka Kotahi who are working collaboratively with Taranaki Whānui ki te Upoko o te Ika and Ngāti Toa Rangatira as mana whenua to deliver flood protection, revitalising Lower Hutt’s central city, and Melling transport improvements.
