Unfurnished double bedroom available immediately in 3 bedroom house in Petone, very close to Weltec and Jackson Street. Rent is $200.00 per week including electricity and unlimited ultrafast broadband. 3 existing residents. Not a party household, no smoking inside. Must be prepared to let my cat have access to the cat door in the room. Flatmate needs to be clean and tidy
