Waka Kotahi said Wellington's Terrace Tunnel is closed to traffic heading southbound, and warned commuters to "expect delays". Northbound lanes near the tunnel are partially blocked and moving slowly.
It's been said that a protester has glued their hands to the road and is needing assistance to be removed.
"Police advise motorists to avoid the area and expect delays."

This is a fundraiser for Greenstone Doors Charitable Trust www.greenstonedoors.co.nz.......... It also serves as an opportunity for families to get good quality shoes for their family at a very reasonable price. Shoes of all sizes and styles accepted (and also handbags and belts etc).
