Free well-being course by Yale University
Hi everyone. As we are going through unprecedented times, anxiety levels have risen through the roof. Fortunately, Yale University has provided a FREE online course on the Science of Well-Being. The course is taught by Dr Lauri Santos, Professor of Psychology, and has a scientific approach to well-being. I've started the course today and intend to finished it.
