A few tips:
Set up a Bedtime routine that is happy and calm.
Be consistent – follow the schedule you have set.
When it is time for sleep, leave the room.
If they get upset, say you will come back and check on them and do check back every ten minutes.
Be boring and don’t engage, and here is a good tip, fold the washing if you stay in the room!
Best tip: start them when they are young, put them into their cot when they are sleepy but not asleep so they learn to self-settle.

Landing helicopter at your place

Jen from Petone

I have friends flying to Petone on 26 April and they need somewhere to land and leave the helicopter for 2 nights. Handy to the sea would be great as best not to fly over residential areas. does not need a lot of space but fenced area would be ideal. Thanks in advance. Might be a free helicopter… View moreI have friends flying to Petone on 26 April and they need somewhere to land and leave the helicopter for 2 nights.
