Should We Be As Free As Perth

ABs V Australia in Perth Sunday Sept 5. Crowd at stadium over 60,000.
WA Covid affected 1086, died 9. Population 2.7 million.
NZ Covid affected approx 4000, died 27. Population 5.0 million.
Question: should NZ be as unrestricted as Western Australia. We are in lockdown, WA is not. WA is virtually fully open for business and with full capacity.
