Small family wanting to rent a house
Hi, we are a mature couple with a 12 year old child and well behaved (indoor) dog looking for somewhere to live. We have excellent references and would look after your place as if it was our own. Happy with short term rental.
Hubby is a professional painter and would be happy to paint your rental while we are living there if needed.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
