Household hazardous waste collections 23 & 24th Nov!
Hi neighbours, our Hutt Valley councils are joining together to run household hazardous waste collections on
· Saturday, 23 November in the carpark adjacent Upper Hutt Darts Association, Totara Park, and
· Sunday, 24 November in the Riverbank Carpark, entrance on Rutherford Street, Lower Hutt, 10 - 2pm

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
