Helper over Summer break

Amal from Elderslea

Hi all,

My husband and I along with our soon to arrive baby (due in october 2018) will be travelling for work during peak summer. We will be going to Northland, Tauranga and coromandel during this time. We will be having a pop up shop at new year music festivals in and around upper North Island. We are looking for someone to assist us at the shop and also look after the baby when needed.

Looking for someone honest, reliable, friendly and possibly some experience looking after a baby.

We are friendly and flexible and the job itself is to hang around the shop and do stuffs as and when required. Also, help with baby sitting if and when needed.

We will take care of your travel, accommodation and food. Therefore, we would not be able to pay a salary. However, this will be an awesome travelling experience for you as these are some of the top music festivals in the country that cost heaps to get in and also the best places to visit during summer.

If everything goes well during this trip we will take you to few more similar events and festivals over the summer.

Due to the nature of the job it will better suit a female.

If this sounds like something you will be keen for, please PM me or text me on 02102688000.

Thank you.

Regards
Sarah

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Reserve Bank has shared some pretty blunt advice: there’s no such thing as a “safe” job anymore 🛟😑

Robots are stepping into repetitive roles in factories, plants and warehouses. AI is taking care of the admin tasks that once filled many mid-level office jobs.

We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
