I of course was suspicious and sent him away saying if sky was to do that, we would have got a letter or a phone call. Well today we got the letter, but it said they will be updating the box not changing the box. I ring them to let them know about the guy. Of course my intuition was right... Friends and neighbours be very careful, Think first, send them away and ring the company they claim to be working for first.
