Free lumber or off cuts

Rodney from Alicetown

Hi, I’m Rod – I need your help!

I’m on the lookout for any spare timber, ply, or offcuts you might have lying around.

I’m a local family man and stuntman who’s decided to run for Hutt City Council because I want to have an active role in supporting our community.

Sooo… I’m rolling up my sleeves and building my own election signs – if you’ve got any materials to spare, I’d be incredibly grateful. 🙏 (trying to reduce landfill)

I can pick up anywhere around Welly/Hutt just flick me an email:
📩 rodneycookcouncillor@gmail.com or ph 021816323

Thanks heaps for your support!
Let’s Get Cooking! ….is that line too cheesy??? 😆
Cheers Rod

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
