The ability of your body to adapt to the stressors in your life is a direct representation of how healthy you are ๐ฑ
If the combination of stressors you have (physical, emotional, or chemical) outweighs your ability to adapt, then it becomes incredibly difficult for your body to regulate, function and heal at its best โ๏ธ
When possible, give yourself time to let your body heal. Try adding these protocols to your daily wellness practices as a start!

Restorative movement - 30 mins per day (walking, cycling, swimming, yoga) ๐คธ

Get off screens, especially 30 minutes pre-sleep ๐ฑ๐ด

Breathwork - deep inhale through the nose, hold for 3 seconds, long exhale, hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 20 times in the evening ๐๐ฎโ๐จ

Stamps wanted
I run a Stamp club at Tawa School to encourage children to collect stamps and learn about countries, history and more. Unfortunately new stamps aren't often seen these days as it's all electronic! If you have any stamps or old collections sitting around, let me know and I'll come and get them.
