Community yoga class is on tonight !
Come and explore the deeper benefits of Yoga with us tonight - perhaps prior to viewing the super blood moon later this evening :)
A special vibe will be in the air!
No experience required.
Guided by current 200hr teacher trainee's. (I. E. Uncertified)
You help us gain teaching experience and we bring you guided yoga classes!
Some mats and blocks available, but bring your own if you have them.
Bring a towel, water, flexible clothing and an open mind!
These are mixed level classes, so suitable for beginners.
Where?
Korokoro scout Hall, just down from the play centre on Singers Road.
Optional koha contribution for hall hire.
Arrive early so you have a time to settle.
