School Holiday Art Classes + Wine & Watercolour Evenings

Attending one of the beginner painting or drawing classes at Petone’s seaside gallery could be one of the most rewarding and satisfying activities youth could do these school holidays. Experienced tutor, Alfred Memelink will teach you in a fun and friendly environment in a wonderful classroom overlooking the sea.

No previous art experience is required - these workshops are suitable for both beginners and more experienced watercolour artists who would like to fine tune their skills and style. No need to worry about drawing as this will already be done to enable us to focus on the joys of watercolour painting in an enjoyable, step-by-step procedure. $25 includes all materials supplied,

Each class is 2 hours, either 10 – 12 morning or 1 - 3 in the afternoon. Drop your youth off at our gallery and while you head off for a coffee at one of the many wonderful Petone Cafes whilst we have some fun with art. Pick them up again two hours later with their completed masterpiece to show you which they'll be so proud of and wearing a smile of creative satisfaction on their dial.

Wine & Watercolour Evenings
There are also adult art classes to choose from and a drawing class which make for a great evening out and you’re guaranteed to Still only $50 includes a couple of drinks and all materials supplied.

Unique Social Club Evenings or Special Event Parties
if you'd like a special team building evening for a group of work mates, friends, family get togethers, birthday or hen party, please let me know and I'll do my best to set up a special class just for you and at a group discount. If it’s easier for you, I can even come to you at no extra cost. I’ll tailor make the event to best suit you and you can even choose your favourite painting from our big folder of 60 subjects.
