Tradies: Common Complaints

The Chiro from The Chiro - Lower Hutt

Following on from last weeks blog post regarding the typical stressors on tradies spines, this week we are discussing the common complaints attributed to those stressors.

Remember, although our bodies are incredible, our musculoskeletal system can only take on so much. When the repetitive nature of the physical work overcomes the body's natural ability to adapt and heal, injuries and dysfunction can occur.

Common complaints seen within the trades:

😫 Neck pain

πŸ˜• Low back pain

😞 Headaches

😟 Sciatica

Click on the link to learn more about these common complaints, and stay tuned next week to learn how chiropractic can help! πŸ‘‡

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?

Public Transport fares face 70% increase..

Mike from Alicetown

Wellington region users says increases to public transport fares of more than 70 percent would be "ludicrous", and would lead to them working from home more often, or taking the car rather than the bus.
