You are most welcome to join us for our meeting and morning tea next Friday.18th July. Our guest speaker will be Tracey Martin, CEO Aged Care Association and ex Minister for Seniors. The Aged Care Assn is a powerful advocate, making sure the aged care sector gets the support it needs to provide excellent care for older New Zealanders. Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫

Pressure washing
I had these wonderful young boys come over on Wednesday and pressure wash my concrete and it looks fabulous! They are a young group of boys starting out but they worked like professionals and were well mannered.
