Witness needed for car accident yesterday

Sendre from Waterloo

Hi all kindly neighbours, I experienced a car accident yesterday at Queensgate Mall Waterloo Road entry around 10:30am. When i was turning left to the entrance at the left line with indicate, a yellow car from the right line behind me suddenly drove out fast and turned left at the same time and bumped into my car. It rushed straight into the entrance and I drove in and park my car to the left side of drive way not to block the entry.
While I was parking there, a woman came down from that car, had a look at her car and immediatly jumped back into her car and drove away without saying anything. It is a yellow car with black strip on its body and got my car's paints along its left back side.
It was happended just in a few seconds that I was quite shocked. There were other drivers and people who walked nearby at that time. So if there is someone here witness this, please contact me. Thanks a lot!

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
