Voices in the Wind - Islands and Oceans Concert
You are cordially invited to attend the debut concerts of the exciting new choir in the Wellington, Voices in the Wind. This dynamic group of auditioned singers is prepared to bring you to uncharted choral territory with their initial performance, themed around Islands and Oceans. Directed by Eric Sidoti and accompanied by Jennifer Scarlet, this will be a wonderfully entertaining programme of delights from Campion and Billings through to Rossini and Simon and Garfunkle. Reflecting the variety that we want to present, from sea shanties to television music to a New Zealand composition premiere, you will come away with tunes dancing in your head. St James Church in Lower Hutt on Friday 24 May at 7:30 pm or St Barnabas Church in Mana (Porirua) on Sunday 26 May at 2:30 pm. Tickets are only $20 for adults, $10 for students and unwaged, and under 8 are free. Our vision - providing the highest quality music in the most accessible way possible!
