POSTAL SERVICE
I posted a letter to a Auckland postal address, the envelope was postage paid, a week later I received an email asking me if I had posted the letter as they had not received it, I contacted the mail service and they asked me if I had registered the envelope or had a tracking number I said no the letter was only going to Auckland from Lower Hutt and not Scotland or somewhere overseas so now they said they would look into it, gosh how times have changed whatever happened to our next day deliveries I had read we had a up to date computerized system which appears cannot detect or action an ordinary letter to a other city in New Zealand before getting lost.
