INVITATION TO GREY POWER MEETING
Karen Morgan will be the guest speaker at our next meeting and will talk about the negative way the government is treating older people. Karen will also talk about her experience in the eduction sector and her work as a Hutt City Councillor. If you would like to hear Karen, please attend our meeting at the Senior Citizens Rooms (on the left as you enter the Woolworth Queensgate car park) at 10AM this Friday,19 April.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
