Rainbow Pasefika at the Wellington Museum
Talofa lava everyone,
My friend is running this event for rainbow Pasefika people this Saturday, thought I'd post it here to spread the word to the Hutt. Here's the facebook page, all the artists are profiled in the discussion tab.

It's gonna have lots of cool upcoming entertainers and artists and they have a lot of free kai lined up too (I know because I was volunteering on the sponsorship hustle).

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Public Transport fares face 70% increase..
Wellington region users says increases to public transport fares of more than 70 percent would be "ludicrous", and would lead to them working from home more often, or taking the car rather than the bus.
