"Just starting to sort my images for the 2024 Calendar and have decided this cheeky fellow makes the cut. I'm thinking he might become a painting too at some point. Kaka/ Brown Parrot (Nestor meridionalis) on Stewart Island - their heads are noticeably more white than the ones we get around Wellington."
